Designing B2B SaaS products, enterprise tools and the design systems that hold them together since Dec 2020: 5 yrs 10 mos and counting.
I lead design for core Media.net products: Select, Bytes, Empire, Makdi and Neo. I built design systems from scratch for Neo, Select and Bytes, from the system architecture and automated token delivery to documentation, and mentored teams through adoption.
Designed management tools for data center infrastructure (DCIM), so operations teams can respond fast to alarms, incidents and failures: YondrOne for Yondr Data Center, LifeSafety and Clover. Led user testing and worked closely with developers.
Employee of the Year 2021
My first design role: improved the design architecture of the KloudPLM Salesforce product, redesigned the KloudPLM website and designed the Kloudlearn dashboard.
One client's advice pointed me toward UX.
Four projects I worked on at Media.net (Select Design System, Bytes, OSCAR and Audience IQ), and two concept projects designed in 7-day sprints (Uber Carpooling and FridgeBuddy).
